It had perfect and nice location very close to Richmond Castle. Got brand-new, beautifully presented room with a very comfortable bed.

High quality, clean place with exceptionally helpful staff in such a manner that left me feeling embarrassed. Unbeatable location - a super close walk to Millgate House Garden. Beautiful area so close to very fine market square, interesting shops and a quaint market town.

Too bad that we didn't have time, but we would love to come back here some time. The breakfast was savoury with a lovely view and beans and fresh fruit, nothing too much trouble.

Views appeared to be not very good.

The room with modern decor was nicely decorated. The staff were all genuinely helpful, very amiable. The location was magnificent, for example, Richmond Castle was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. The airport was 30 km away.

Perfect and good location close enough to the local pubs, taxi's, dining times for dinner and breakfast and Close to shops, only 5 minutes walk from Georgian Theatre Royal. Recently renovated, stylish unit with shower, fan, as for instance. Brilliant food, very attentive staff in such a manner that left me feeling embarrassed.

The room was recently refurbished for access around the town and the staff friendly attentive. Loved a very good and tasty breakfast with the butter.

Superior queen room with all facilities accommodated us perfectly. The location was perfect and excellent in an extremely comfortable area, short walk to the resteraunt, Right in town square so could walk and plenty of beautiful walks.

Would love to go back if ever in Richmond, it was dope! The location is ideal and glorious and they have parking on street. And the area is extra comfy next to the famous Market Square, the centre of market square, and the Dales. The superior king room is top-class and has a Nespresso machine and coffee.

Good location - close to the surrounding dales and a wonderful Yorkshire market town. Again, walking distance to a local history museum.

Perfect and good position in a perfect location on the market place, in the modern area. And also just next door to Green Howards Museum.

The offered breakfast was very very good and tasty with good quality ingredients. The staff was excellent and around most of the time.

The weather was such warm, had very enjoyable short stay for one night. The coffee bar was lively, greatly enjoyed this place.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel on the famous Market Square in a delightful market town. The location was perfect, right in the centre of market square, allowing me to easily explore the charming surroundings. The staff provided excellent customer service, accommodating my request to change from a shower room to a room with a bath promptly and friendly. The room was spotless and had all the necessary amenities like ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also had a lovely dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area where I could unwind and enjoy a drink.

I would highly recommend this place to everyone.
